Vintage Y2K full layered skirt. This one is SO FUN. Blood red, 100% cotton overlay, fully lined in a separate petticoat-style layer of ruffled red mesh. Ruffle trim, drop waist. Side zip. No stretch. Tons of excess fabric gives it lots of movement and drama. Pair with matching red tops or layer up with lots of textured black pieces. Very voluminous and flattering!
