Vintage 90s velvet burnout blouse. This one has ALL the witchy details and the rusty orange-brown shade makes it so fun to style for fall. Soft poly fabric with a gorgeous velvet devoré floral overaly design. Loose, boxy longline cut. Roomy balloon sleeves, classic collar and functional buttons down the front. Not stretchy but the fabric does have a bit of “give”. Unlined.
