Ultra-soft poly velvet with a full, dramatic A-line cut and a ruffled, pleated hemline. Very dramatic with lots of excess fabric and beautiful movement when you walk! Fully lined in rayon-nylon blend satin. Back zip. No stretch other than a bit of elastic ruching at the back of the waistband.
