Vintage 70s ILGWU union-made (!) lace-trim circle skirt. So comfortable and versatile, with a hint of dainty Western vibes thanks to the full pleated cut and white lace trim! This would look amazing worn with a white ruffled petticoat underneath it, or styled as a petticoat under another full skirt so the lace peeks out.
Ruched elastic waistband. Super full, flared A-line cut with lots of movement. Unlined, pull-on style, no stretch other the waist.
Fabric is an ultra-light and soft off-black.
Has a spot of faded discoloration on the lower front (see photo). She could easily be dyed true black, thanks to the cotton fabric!
